Delete your Keepway account
You can ask us to permanently delete your Keepway account and everything associated with it. This is irreversible — once your data is deleted, it can't be recovered.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile (name, email, sign-in identities)
- All of your trips, cities, places, and events
- All memories you added — photos and captions
- Your share links and invitations
- Device and notification tokens
Trips you were invited to as a collaborator belong to the person who created them and won't be deleted — but your contributions to a shared trip are removed along with your account.
How to request deletion
- Tap the button below to email us from the address on your account.
- We verify the request and delete your account and data within 30 days.
- We email you to confirm once it's done.
